CONDENSED T.O.SThis is a condensed version of the Terms of Service.
Some details may be missing. The purpose of this version is to provide a quick overview of the most important points. Please refer to the full T.O.S below, which do apply to all orders.

FULL TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me (the Seller), you (the Customer) agree to the following terms regarding the animation of emotes or other artwork.PAYMENTS1. Payment must be received in full before I begin working.
2. +50% fee applies for rush commissions.
3. +5 USD per animation for hyper-detailed characters.
4. +20% fee applies for privacy commissions.
5. Alternate payment arrangements must be agreed upon before work begins.
6. Prices are not negotiable.
7. Accepted payment method: PayPal (USD).
8. You may request a refund if I have not started the commission.
9. Customer is responsible for any transfer or conversion fees, including PayPal fees.REVISIONS & FEEDBACK10. I will send a WIP (Work In Progress) preview after animating your emotes.
11. WIPs are sent as .gif files inside a .zip via email.
12. Make sure your order includes all necessary details, I will follow what you provide.
13. I’m not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to lack of feedback.
14. Minor post-delivery changes (e.g., color fixes) are allowed if it was my mistake.
15. If no feedback is given and changes are requested later, additional fees may apply.
16. I will not re-animate a completed commission without a new order/payment.DELIVERY17. Product will be delivered digitally to the email you provide, after final payment is received.
18. Any other delivery method must be agreed in advance.
18b. Once delivered, it's your responsibility to store the files safely. I can't guarantee access to the files again if you lose them.
19. Usual turnaround is 1 week to 2 months, depending on demand.
20. Commissions are delivered in order of arrival.
Rush orders (minimum 1 week delivery) will have a +50% extra fee.USAGE RIGHTS21. The commissioned work is for personal and social media use only (Twitch, YouTube, profile pictures, personal websites, etc).
If you want to use it for commercial purposes (reselling, redistribution, monetization, etc.), you must request permission first. This requires a separate agreement and fee.- The product may not be used in blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs or cryptocurrency projects.
- The product may not be used in AI-related technologies, including datasets or AI-generated content.CANCELLATIONS22. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, with a full refund.
23. I will not tolerate disrespectful behavior. This may result in cancellation and a full or partial refund, depending on work completed.
I reserve the right to refuse service in the future if this occurs.
